Senior HR Advisor

We are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor for the NI Ambulance Service.  This is an initial 3 to 6 month temporary contract.  Full time hours across Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700.  Salary set £18.10ph.   Based in Knockbracken Health Care Park, Belfast, with cross-site travel (mileage 0.56p per mile).

The postholder will be a key member of the Workforce Directorate and will contribute to the achievement of the overall Directorate’s performance objectives. The postholder will have specific responsibilities in relation to a workforce area(s), providing core advice, guidance and support to Managers on a range of workforce issues, with a particular focus on attendance management and employee relations matters

In addition, the postholder will be expected to act as a member of the wider team in ensuring the delivery of a proactive, responsive and professional HR service to internal and external stakeholders

CRITERIA:

Have a relevant degree or recognised professional qualification plus a minimum of two years’ post graduate middle management experience within a Human Resources (HR) function, providing  professional advice and guidance on a range of workforce issues.

OR

Have a minimum of five years’ experience two of which must be at a middle management level, within a Human Resources (HR) function, providing professional advice and guidance on a range of workforce issues.
